SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 working days (excluding Pre-orders and Made-to-Order products).
  • Orders are dispatched after successful payment confirmation.
  • Processing time may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Timelines (India)

  • Metro Cities: 4–5 working days after dispatch
  • Other Cities / Areas: 8–10 working days after dispatch
  • Standard delivery window: 7–21 working days from order confirmation

All timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, local restrictions, or incorrect delivery details.

If you require delivery for a specific date, please place your order well in advance.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed on the product page.
  • If marked as Free Shipping, no shipping fee will be charged.
  • For free shipping orders below ₹1000, orders may be shipped via India Post or surface courier.
  • Free shipping is applicable only within India.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Response time: 24–48 working hours.
International shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) must be borne by the buyer.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Ensure the delivery address, pin code, and mobile number are accurate and active.
  • Once the shipment is dispatched, changes to address or contact details are not permitted.
  • Risk and responsibility of the product pass to the buyer upon successful delivery.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details, refusal, or unavailability, reshipping charges (including insurance, approx. 2%–5% of order value) will be borne by the buyer.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • An order confirmation email will be sent after successful placement.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–12 working days.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
